1、There is no pressure in Mac OS Mojava system (10.14)
Please follow the below steps:
（1）Open ”System Preference”
（2）Open “Security & Privacy”
（3）Click “Privacy”, open the lock, and select “Tablet Driver Center” and your drawing software , then lock it again.
（4）Restart your computer.
2、How to install driver for VEIKK Pen Tablet/display?
(1). Please uninstall all tablet drivers from your computer completely.
(2). Disable any anti-virus protection programs such as Firewall (Windows).
(3). Pen display:
Please connect HDMI cable, Power cable/adapter, and USB port to your computer and VEIKK pen display. If your computer video port is not HDMI port, you should buy an interface converter such as VGA to HDMI or DVI to HDMI.
Please connect USB cable to your computer and VEIKK pen tablet.
(4). Download the latest driver from VEIKK website: http://www.veikk.com/download
(5). Please execute “VKTabletDriver” and follow the prompts to install, then reboot your computer
(6). Once completed, the digital pen should be in control of the cursor, and activated for configuration on the pressure test area.
Windows: When the driver is completely installed, you will see an iconappearing on the system tray (lower right corner) and the desktop of your computer.
Mac OS：Open “System Preferences”, you can find an icon here.

4.How to uninstall driver?
(1) Run ‘Start’ —–‘All Program’—–’Veikk Tablet’—- ‘Uninstall’
Follow the unload tips until unloading is finished
(2) Run ‘Control pannel—–‘Unistall a program’—–find ’VKTabletDriver’—- choose ‘Uninstall/Change’
Follow the unload tips until unloading is finished
Then confirm if you remove previous drivers completely.
Go to the ‘File explorer’, choose device C—-windows—-systerm32, type the ‘wintab32.dll’on the right top side bar and click enter to search. If you can find the files, please delete all of them.
Mac: Open’Finder’—–’Application’—–’VKTablet’—–Double-click ’Remove VKTablet’, then uninstall it.
5.My computer has no VGA, DVI or HDMI ports, can I only plug the USB to use the Pen Display?
The USB cable is only for drawing-data, not for display data transmission, so you must connect both USB cable and HDMI cable.
If your computer or notebook has no HDMI ports, you should buy a USB to HDMI converter.
6.How to switch between Right-hand and Left-hand modes?
Pen Tablet: Please open the Mapping window, and then choose Right-hand Mode or Left-hand Mode.
Pen Display: Please open the Mapping window, and then select rotate.
7.How to set to extend mode/mirror mode?
(1). Please go to the display setting in the system control panel.
(2). If you want to set to mirror mode, both of the monitors must be set the same DPI.
(3). If you want to set to extend mode, please right click and choose “Screen resolution”.
(4). Pay attention to “Multiple displays” and choose “Extend these displays”.
(1).Please open System Preferences, then click Displays–Arrangement. Please don’t choose the “Mirror Displays”.
8.If my pen tablet is not working, how do I determine whether it is caused by a hardware or software malfunction?
If your pen tablet is malfunctioning, do the following:
(1).Connect your pen tablet to a different computer. If the pen tablet functions properly then the issue is a “driver conflict” with the system file or application.
(2).The pen tablet LED light should indicate a malfunction. Pressing the pen tip on the pen tablet should activate the LED light on your tablet, this indicates the hardware is in proper working order.
With the pen placed away from pen tablet area press the pen barrel button, if the LED light is on, this indicates the hardware is in proper working order.
9.My Pen Display shows no signal
(1). Make sure one of HDMI cable has been connected to both the pen display and computer tightly.
(2). Try to test pen display with another computer.
(3). If you use USB to HDMI interface converter, please make sure it is in good condition before using.
10.When tablets connects to the computer, the cursor of stylus can not move.
(1). Please make sure your USB cable has connected to computer tightly? If not, please connect it. If yes, please try to unplug and re-plug it to another USB port, or change another USB cable.
(2). When the stylus is far away from the sensitive height of the tablet, please check the LED light of the tablet is on or off. If it always blinks, please unplug and plug again or try to connect it to another USB port.
(3). Try to remove the driver and reboot the computer. When the system returns to the desktop, please connect the tablet to the computer directly (doesn’t need install driver) and test whether you can use the stylus to control the cursor or not.
(4). If the stylus also can’t control the cursor even you have not installed the driver , please try to test the tablet using another computer. When the problem still exists, there should be a hardware problem .
11.My tablets has no pressure sensitivity.
(1). Make sure the tablet icon is in the task bar? If not, it means you haven’t installed the driver, please install the driver and then reboot system to test again.
(2). If you can see the tablet icon in the task bar, please open it and go to the “Pressure” windows to test the Pen pressure. If the test is right, it means you had installed the driver correctly.
(3). Make sure the application that you are using supports pen pressure. Not all of the applications support pen pressure function. If your application needs to start the INK function, please click “Enable Windows Ink Function”on driver.
(4). Have your computer ever installed another tablet driver in it before? If yes, please remove all other drivers and reboot. When the system returns to the desktop, please install the driver again.
(5). After rebooting, please go to the Pen Tablet Setting window to test the pen pressure, if it can be used correctly, close the window, and then open the drawing application to test if the pressure can be normally used.
12.Pen calibration on my monitor display tablet is off/inaccurate
Please follow the below steps to see if you can resolve the problem:
(1).Compare the resolutions of 2 screens (VEIKK display and your computer).
(2). Your computer monitor resolution must be equal or lower than the VEIKK display’s original resolution.
(3). You can lower your resolution through your computer’s display settings – set the resolution to “recommended” resolution or the monitor and if that doesn’t work, try using lower resolution.
Disable Windows Smart Screen
If step (3) does not fix the problem then you will need to disable the computer monitor while you are using the VEIKK monitor.
13、“Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device.” If you get this error when installing VEIKK driver, please follow the steps:
（1）. Type “settings” in the search box, you will enter the interface of “Windows Settings”
（2）. Click” Update &Security”
（4）. Click”Restart now”
（5）. After the computer restarts, please choose”Troubleshoot”
（6）. Choose” Advanced options”
（7）. Choose ”Startup settings”.
（9）. Enter “7” on your computer keyboard.
